Goat record keeping
Goat records for the small herd.
Kidding, 90-day weaning weights, CDT and wormer schedules, withdrawal dates, milk by doe, and butcher day — for tens of does, not a dairy. Same account as the chickens and the garden.

Meat, dairy, brush-clearing, pets with jobs. If you keep a handful to a few dozen and want records you’ll actually keep, this is for you. If you register and show, or run a DHIR-tested dairy, read the right-hand column.
This is for you if…
- ✓You keep tens of goats, not hundreds
- ✓You want kidding, weights, health and butcher day in one place
- ✓Your goats share the place with chickens, a garden and a pantry
- ✓You want reminders for CDT and worming, not a notebook
Not built for…
- –DHIR-style milk testing and lactation reports (we log milk per doe, daily)
- –Registry-grade pedigree paperwork for shows and sales
- –Herds in the hundreds
What it tracks for goats.
Only what’s live in the app today.
Breeding & kidding
Per-doe breeding cycles, pregnancy checks, and a due date worked from the ~150-day gestation. Kidding ease on the standard 1–5 scale. Born-alive counts per kidding.
Growth
Weigh-ins and daily gain. Adjusted 90-day weaning weight, the meat-goat standard in the published Boer/Kiko/Spanish research. It won’t compute outside 60–120 days.
Health you’d forget
Vaccinations and wormings with a next-due date. “Coming due” surfaces what’s outstanding. The medicine cabinet tracks what’s on the shelf and what’s expiring.
Withdrawal dates
Put the label’s withdrawal on the bottle once. Every treatment saves the clear date, frozen at logging. A butcher date inside it stops the save.
Milk, if you milk
Log milk per doe per day; totals roll into your books. Plain per-doe logging, not DHIR reports.
Butcher day
Drop-off, carcass weight, boxes back, with dressing percent and cost per pound worked out. A cut sheet you keep and reuse.
Pedigrees & the cull decision
Four-generation pedigrees fill in as you name sires and dams. Each doe’s page shows what she has produced: kiddings, kids weaned, average interval, average weaning weight.
The money
Feed, vet and processing spend tagged to the herd. Feed conversion once you log feed by weight. Schedule F support, budgets, cash flow.

Questions & answers
Is this for dairy herds or show breeders?
It’s for the small herd. We log milk per doe, but we don’t do DHIR test reports or registry paperwork. If that’s your whole operation, a dedicated goat tool fits better.
Does it do adjusted weaning weights?
Yes: 90-day, the meat-goat standard in the published research. It refuses outside 60–120 days instead of extrapolating.
Does it track withdrawal periods?
Yes, for meat and milk. Dates are frozen when you log the treatment, and a butcher date inside one stops the save.
What about my chickens and garden?
Same account: poultry, rabbits, bees, the garden and the pantry.
How much does it cost?
There’s a free plan, Pro is $7/mo ($49/yr), and Max is $12/mo ($99/yr). The 14-day trial includes everything, no card required.
