Know how long your pantry would feed your family.

What you canned, froze, cured and stored — and what you bought because the place won’t grow it — on one shelf list with dates, so nothing turns before you eat it. What your birds, garden and herd put up every month. And a plan for how many of each you’d need to stand on your own. One app, your records, no lock-in.

HHarold noticed: nine jars of peach jam come due before Thanksgiving and you’ve opened none since August. Eat those first, or they’re the ones you’ll pour out in spring.

Built for folks who’d rather not depend on the grocery store.

If you put up food every season, keep birds and a garden so the family eats either way, and want to know in plain numbers how far ahead you are — this is for you. If you want a bunker inventory app, it isn’t.

This is for you if…

  • ✓You can, freeze, dehydrate or cure what you raise and grow
  • ✓You keep laying hens, a garden, maybe a milk goat or a pig for the freezer
  • ✓You stock what the place won’t grow — rice, flour, coffee — and want it on the same shelf list
  • ✓You want to know how many birds and beds it takes to feed your household
  • ✓You want your records in your own hands — exportable, never sold, never trained on

This isn’t for you if…

  • ✕You need an inventory of ammo, fuel, water drums or medical kits
  • ✕You need it to work with no signal at all — it runs in your phone’s browser
  • ✕You buy your food storage by the pallet and don’t raise any of it
  • ✕You want a planning spreadsheet with no place to log what actually happened

What it tracks

The food you put up or bought, the animals and beds that produce it, and the money it took — with a Smart Advisor reading your own records to flag what’s about to go wrong.

🥫

Pantry & preserving

Every batch — canned, frozen, dehydrated, cured — from harvest to shelf, with best-by reminders before it turns. Jars out as you eat them.

🛒

Bought stock, same shelf

Rice, flour, a case of jars: mark it Bought, add the price if you like, and it gets the same best-by and low-stock flags. The pantry shows the split — how much is homegrown, how much you bought.

❄️

Seasons & frost

Planting calendar tuned to your frost dates and zone, a 7-day forecast on the dashboard, and a frost watch that lights up before a cold night.

🥬

Garden & harvest

Beds, plantings and varieties, with every harvest logged by weight — so you know what your ground actually yields, not the seed packet’s guess.

🐔

Birds & livestock

Eggs, milk, meat and breeding for any species — plus health, withdrawal dates and feed, so you know what the flock really costs to keep.

💵

The money

True cost per dozen, per pound, per quart. Bought pantry stock posts to a household groceries budget, never the farm books. A six-month cash-flow look-ahead so you see the lean month coming.

Start with the plan

How many do you need to feed your household?

Laying hens per person. Meat birds per year. Square feet of garden, rows of beans to can. Our free sizing guide is built from land-grant extension data — including where the experts disagree and why — so you plan from numbers, not forum folklore.

Ranges, on purpose — each guide shows the arithmetic and where extension services differ. Then log what you actually raised, and watch the gap close season by season.

Priced like a feed-store receipt, not a subscription trap.

Every account starts with a 14-day full trial, no card. If you do nothing, you settle onto Free — nothing you logged is deleted.

Common questions

Does it work with no internet?

Not yet. It runs in your phone’s browser and installs like an app, so it works anywhere you have a signal — in the barn, at the canner. For a no-signal backup, print the free pantry sheets.

Who sees my records?

You. We don’t sell them, share them, or use them to train Harold or anyone else. Export to CSV any time; delete your account any time.

Can I log store-bought food too?

Yes. When you add a pantry item, pick Bought it instead of Grew it. It gets the same best-by and low-stock flags, the pantry shows how much of the shelf is homegrown versus bought, and a price posts to your household groceries budget — never to the farm books or Schedule F.

Is Harold required?

No. The Free plan is a complete logbook on its own. Harold is the advisor layer — you turn to him when you want someone reading your numbers, and ignore him when you don’t.
